Some companies will offer to over clad fascia’s. This is not advisable as it can cause problems in the future and the work will need to be carried out again. The Fascia’s we fit are made from the highest quality plastic which will not warp, crack, or discolour, and will last for at least 25 years.

Fascia Replacement process:
- Completely remove all your old timber roofline
- Remove the damaged felt
- Repair any damaged timber
- Fix uPVC fascia boards to the front of the roof spars
- Install a new felt tray with concealed ventilation
- Fix roof tiles back into position
- Clean up removing any old fasica Boards
